  • • 15 Minute Complimentary Consultation: A call to explore what you’d like to accomplish and how we can best work together.

    • 50 Minute Coaching Session: A conversation to bring more clarity, inclusive of a customized agenda based on your goals.

    • Follow Up Resources: Detailed follow up notes from each session, highlighting next steps, key callouts from our conversation and resources for future career development.

  • The ideal number of sessions differs for each client depending on the goal. If you are a new client, you can book a 15 minute consultation call where we will discuss your needs and make a session plan.

    For initial ideas, here are my recommendations:

    • 1 Session (Full Rate): Ideal for someone looking to test out the coaching experience or for an established client that has a one-off need.

    • 4 Sessions (10% Discount): Ideal for focusing on more than one goal without a commitment of a larger series. Most common combinations included: Job Search + Interview Prep and Career Pathing + Job Search.

    • 8 Sessions (20% Discount) : Ideal for anyone looking to have support through the entire job search process, including setting up your strategy, securing interviews, preparing for interviews and negotiating offers. This is also a common selection for clients working through career development items, like promotion readiness, top performer habits or leadership training. Most popular scheduling cadence is weekly or bi-weekly.

    • 12 Sessions (30% Discount) : Ideal for anyone that is looking to work together on a monthly basis and would like to purchase the sessions upfront. Can also be used to spend a learning & development stipend at the end of a calendar year.

  • If you’re in the Austin, Texas area, we can do in-person or virtual depending on your preference.

    All virtual coaching sessions are held via Google Meet and all consult calls are held over the phone.

  • I have experience working with current students in their internship search and recent graduates in their first job search. If you are a parent that is looking to learn more about coaching on behalf of your child, you are both welcome to join our initial consult call.
